Or you can drop them off by our office located at the same address during our business hours of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 1 PM to 5 PM.  There is also an RPM dropbox located two stores down at Cordata Post and Parcel, which is available 24/7.  NO CASH ALLOWED IN DROPBOX.

Just a reminder that rent is due on the 1st.  Payments recieved after the 1st will incur a late fee equal to 10% of the monthly rent.  If the 1st falls on a weekend, plan to pay your rent in advance of the weekend.

Step 2: Print out the forms single-sided.
Step 3: Sign the Documents
Step 4: Fax to 360-778-3519 or mail it to RPM, 424 W. Bakerview Rd., Suite #109,
Bellingham, WA 98226, or drop them off in person during office hours.
Step 5: Pay Application Fee.

We now accept VISA & Mastercard for application fee payments with a 3% fee added.  Call the office to pay by phone or drop by.
