Solution
If you pilot light burns out please do not try to light it on your own! Please call Cascade Natural Gas at 1-888-522-1130. They will come out and re-light the pilot light for you.
If you have another hot water heater related emergency, please call the Tenant Emergency Line at 360-319-0975.
