About Us

Kim Benson - Property Manager

Kim has lived in Whatcom County since moving to Bellingham in 1992 to attend WWU. She then married and raised a family in Ferndale.

Brandon Bartlett - Assistant Property Manager

Brandon has lived in Whatcom County his whole life. He attended WWU.
