We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Personal Check, Money Orders and Cashier Checks.

 

Stripe Payments

Stripe is a pay-as-you-go payment processing platform with flat-rate, transaction-based fees of 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction.

While RPM manages both Residential and Commercial Properties we have two different applications processes for each.

For residential, please fill out and submit a Tenant Application and have a cosigner/parent fill out and submit a Cosigner Application. Both applications can be found here linked below for you to print, fill out and return  to our office via email, fax, or in person for processing.  $45 processing fee for both forms ($90 total). You can Pay this processing fee online by clicking

For Commercial (Bakerview Square and Bakerview Square Business Suites), please fill out and submit a Commercial Application  linked below for you to print, fill out and return  to our office via email, fax, or in person for processing.  Each application has an application fee of $45.00. You can pay this application fee online by clicking
