We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Personal Check, Money Orders and Cashier Checks.

 

Stripe Payments

Stripe is a pay-as-you-go payment processing platform with flat-rate, transaction-based fees of 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction.

While RPM manages both Residential and Commercial Properties we have two different applications processes for each.

For residential, please fill out and submit a Tenant Application and have a cosigner/parent fill out and submit a Cosigner Application. Both applications can be found here linked below for you to print, fill out and return  to our office via email, fax, or in person for processing.  Each application has an application fee of $45.00. You can Pay this application fee online by clicking
